Can I register a .dk domain?
Yes. .dk is registered through DK Hostmaster, and we handle the registration and the paperwork alongside your other domains in the same client area.
Do I actually own the domain?
You are the registrant, listed as the legal holder. We act as your registrar, not the owner — you can transfer the domain away whenever you like, and we will not obstruct it.
Is DNS management free?
Yes. Full DNS record management is included with every domain, with no charge for the record types most providers treat as a premium feature.
What happens when a domain expires?
Renewal invoices appear in your client area well in advance, and we send reminders before expiry. After expiry most TLDs allow a redemption period, though registry fees for late recovery can be steep — renewing on time is much cheaper.
Can I use a domain bought elsewhere with Hostigan hosting?
Absolutely. Point the nameservers or an A record at us and the hosting works exactly the same. Transferring the domain is optional, not a requirement.
